Year 11 Food Innovation Technology
Subject Description
Head of Faculty: Mr G. Evans.
This course provides a progression from Year 10 Food Technology, with a focus on food product development and innovation. Students apply technological processes to investigate, plan and develop products to meet the needs or opportunities of a client/stakeholder. This course is designed to help students explore their creativity and passion for food.

Implement basic procedures to develop a food product

Year 10 Food Technology an advantage, but not essential.
