Year 11 Design and Visual Communication

This course is directed at further developing the foundational skills learnt in Year 10 Design and Visual Communication. Students will be provided with opportunities  to explore their creativity in the contexts of spatial design and product design.

A range of freehand and digital Design and Visual Communication techniques will be taught, enabling students to explore and refine their own conceptual designs.

This course will also help students develop an understanding of modern, historical and cultural design knowledge which will inform their own design practice.
