Year 12 Travel & Tourism (Level 2)

Students will be exposed to a wide range of skills. There is strong emphasis on practical skills such as communication, computing, mathematical calculations and tourism as a process. 

Students study the history and process of tourism as well as experience first hand the growing adventure tourism industry.   

This course is the second year of the Introductory Certificate in Travel and Tourism. All assessment is internal.  

Travel and Tourism courses do not count towards University Entrance requirements. Students intending to pursue university study at Auckland University must ensure they have enough credits from the subjects on the approval list.
