Term 1
Scratch Programming
Students will learn basic computer programming concepts and will create an interactive quiz.
Adobe
Students will learn the fundamental design tools and show understanding of different file types.
Term 2
Numbering systems and Character encoding
Students will show understanding of binary and hexadecimal numbering systems and how they apply to character encoding and colours.
Computer hardware, Little Man Computer
Students will show understanding of computers, machine level language and computer science basics.
Term 3
Web Design
Students will learn basic HTML and CSS to create a multi-page website.
Term 4
Minecraft Challenge
Students will work in small teams to produce a digital outcome to compete with other teams.
